Data sent through the contact form:
- full name
- email address
- the profile selected in the "You are" field
- your message describing the project
Browsing data: as with any website, the server hosting this site records some technical data about visits (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in its logs, to keep the site running and secure.
3. Purposes
Data is processed only to:
- reply to requests sent through the form or by email
- assess possible professional collaborations
- keep the website working correctly and securely
Data is not used for newsletters or promotional messages, nor shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis
Contact form data is processed at the request of the data subject and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Browsing data is processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Service providers
The controller relies on providers that process data on its behalf as data processors:
- Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), for website hosting
- Formspree (United States), for receiving and forwarding messages sent through the contact form. Data transfers to the United States take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
The website does not load fonts, scripts or other content from external services: typefaces are hosted directly on the site's own server.
6. Data retention
Data sent through the form is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case for no more than 24 months, unless a professional relationship begins that requires longer retention. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its technical procedures.
7. Cookies
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies or tracking tools, whether its own or third-party. For this reason no cookie consent banner is shown.
Linked websites (for example ansonnia.com or LinkedIn) are governed by their own policies.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask to:
- access your personal data
- have it corrected or erased
- restrict or object to its processing
- receive your data in a portable format
