I started in engineering: avionics firmware, then designing complex prototype validation systems in telecommunications at Siemens and Pirelli. Nine years building systems that had to work, every time.
Then I moved to the other side of the table: seventeen years in sales, sales leadership and executive roles at international technology companies. At Webtrends I started alone in Italy and built the region, growing revenue from €800k to €3.5M. At Powa Technologies I led the Italian launch with a team of more than twenty people, and Italy became the best-performing of the group's 18 countries.
I founded and led SoundsOfThings in London, from the idea to a team of twenty. I know the founder's journey in every phase, including the hard ones, which is why I know what people starting out need.
Today I bring together an engineer's rigour, a salesman's instinct and the experience of someone who has actually built a company.
